Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake

Description: A kid and family favorite. This dessert can be made and enjoyed  anytime!

Ingredients:

1 can

Pumpkin Puree(Fresh or Canned)

3

Eggs

2 cups

Flour

2 cups

Sugar

1/2 Teaspoon

Salt

1/2 Teaspoon

Cinnamon

2 Teaspoons

Baking Powder

2 Teaspoons

Baking Soda

1 small bag

Chocolate Chips

 

 

Preparation Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2.  
  3. Grease and flower a tube pan.
  4. Add all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, into a mixing bowl.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Blend in chocolate chips by hand mixing.
  7. Pour mixture into the greased and floured tube pan
  8. Bake for one hour.
  9. Remove and allow to cool before serving.

Variations:

bullet Add a vanilla frosting to the top.
