FUJI
The Fuji is a cross of Ralls Janet and Red Delicious make in Fujisaki, Japan in 1962. The Fuji is appealing for its low-acid sweetness combined with juicy firm-flashed crispiness. It keeps longer than most other varieties at room temperature. The Fuji is good fresh or baked.
