GOLDEN DELICIOUS
The Golden Delicious seedling was found in 1905
on Anderson Mullins farm in Clay County, West Virginia. Named Golden Delicious by Stark Nursery. It is the second most popular variety in the world and n the United States. It is a sweet apple requiring little added sugar in cooking uses. It also is a wonderful eating apple.
